If you're interested in guns, hunting, or outdoor gear, you may have heard of a little event called SHOT Show. Seriously though — SHOT Show is the world's largest annual firearm trade show, with over 60,000 attendees each year. SHOT is an acronym for Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade, so it includes everything from guns and knives to apparel, flashlights, and camping gear. This industry-only event takes place on January 17th-20th in Las Vegas at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.

There's one downside, however. The phrase industry-only means that SHOT Show 2017 is not open to the general public. So, you'll need to prove you're a business owner, sales rep, buyer, or other member of the firearm industry to get in the door. Fortunately, our media credentials meet this requirement, so we're free to walk the show floor and document everything we see. That's good news for you, too, since we'll be sharing our photos right here each day.
