Features
The bargain of the group from Tru-Spec features a nylon shell with a two-layer waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane. It has a surprising number of features – where it counts – for the price. There are two zippered hand pockets, and the front portion of the hem has drawstrings.

Pros: Very affordable and super lightweight jacket. All zippers are waterproof with hoods to tuck into when closed. The attached hood is brimmed with an insert that you can bend to taste. Small zippered side vents open on the bottom to access your sidearm or belt accessories.
Cons: The adjustment on the back of the hood is Velcro rather than a drawstring _ but at least it's there and can be tweaked to fit. It's noisy in the expected rain jacket sort of way. No internal pocket.
