Material - UA Storm (water resistant)
Weight - 1.4 pounds (large)
Colors - Black, marine OD green (shown)

Features
Unlike the other jackets shown here, the UA Storm Tactical is rated as water resistant rather than waterproof. The DWR finish on the comfortable woven fabric still sheds water like a duck though. It has two zippered pockets and two open hand pockets with mesh lining, as well as a bicep pocket with Velcro for patches. The hem can be cinched with a drawstring, and cuffs have Velcro adjustments.

Pros: Also unlike most of the jackets here, the Under Armour is virtually silent. The fabric has some stretch to it, is very comfortable, and wicks moisture (as you'd expect from an Under Armour product). Also it's affordable.
Cons: Not completely waterproof and hood doesn't have much of a bill. No internal pocket.
